The restaurant “Gli Orti Di Epicuro” has been thought and realized following a contemporary and refined style, the walls are decorated using the innovative technique of the “flouart”. The room is illuminated by a series of indirect lights which create a warm and pleasant atmosphere and by lights wallwasher to enhance the ornaments of the walls.
Pictures of Massimo Botti, well known painter in Foligno ,adorn the room. Along the dining rooms there are two wide porches perfectly integrated in the surrounding park which make them the ideal place for an informal and relaxing dinner.
At lunch time when the daylight filters through the wide glass doors our guests will feel immersed in the nature while during the evening the atmosphere becomes magic thanks to the lights of the garden. The menu proposes the best of the Italian cuisine, whose tastes will be exalted by the talent of the Chef who will realize courses of elevated aesthetic taste with passion and creative fancy.
The primary inspiration is the Umbrian culinary tradition that the Chef has amalgamated with the tastes of the Mediterranean to create delicate courses of thousand different tastes. All that using only the best fresh products of season.
